\t\tThis order governs the disposal of  bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Shri L.S. Tomar Advocate on behalf of the applicants namely Suraj Shah, Ashok Shah and Vicky Shah pertaining to F.I.R. No. 667\/08 of Police Station Gumanpura, Kota in the offence under Section 420 of IPC.\n<\/p>\n
2.\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.\n<\/p>\n
3.\t\tHaving reflected over the submissions made at the bar and scanned the relevant material available on record, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n
4.\t\tIt is, therefore, ordered that the accused petitioners namely Suraj Shah S\/o. Tarnishah, Ashok Shah S\/o. Polo Shah and Vicky Shah S\/o. Suraj Shah in FIR No. 667\/08 Police Station Gumanpura, Kota shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of each in the sum of Rs.50,000\/-together with two surety bonds each in the sum of Rs.25,000\/- to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so till the trial is concluded.
