In this writ petition,<\/p>\n<p>their claim is for counting of their previous military service for<\/p>\n<p>service benefits. Relying on Exts.P7 to P9 judgments,        they<\/p>\n<p>submit that similar claims have been upheld by this Court. They<\/p>\n<p>are also placing reliance on Ext.P10 order issued by the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent allegedly implementing the directions as contained<\/p>\n<p>in Exts.P7 to P9 judgments.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Ext.P11 series are the representations made by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners in this behalf, which are pending consideration of the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent. Orders were not passed on the representations,<\/p>\n<p>and therefore, the writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Now that the claim made by the petitioners as per<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P11 series of representations relying on Exts.P7 to P10 are<\/p>\n<p>pending, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the claim made,<\/p>\n<p>in the light of Exts.P7 to P9 judgments and also Ext.P10 order.<\/p>\n<p>Orders shall be passed on Ext.P11 series, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>WPC No. 22580\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate within 6 weeks of production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>      Writ petition is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE<br \/>\nRp<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Mohana Dasan N.P.
