Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :13\/07\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                   W.P ( C) No.19506 of 2009\n                      --------------------------\n                 Dated this the 13th July,2009\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Alleging encroachment on the part of the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent on a public pathway, which according to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, is used by her and several others in the<\/p>\n<p>locality, Exhibit-P2 complaint has been filed before the<\/p>\n<p>Village Officer as also before the Panchayat.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   Having heard the learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>also, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent to look<\/p>\n<p>into Exhibit P2 and if after due enquiry the allegations are<\/p>\n<p>found to be correct, it shall be forwarded to the Revenue<\/p>\n<p>Divisional Officer and if found appropriate, proceedings<\/p>\n<p>shall be taken under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C.
