Officer and made enquiries. The petitioner obtained the <\/p>\n
of the order dated 16.7.1992 and filed Misc. Appeal–‘..’:ir1 <\/p>\n

Sessions Judge, Bangalore Rural District;.l3angalore–.  <\/p>\n

\nremanded the case to the 2nd  Officer for fresh<\/p>\n

opportunity    Qlrfh\u00e9llvlifrevspondent commenced the
\nenquiry and again of con\ufb01scation of the lorry

\norder of confiscation of the authorized Officer as Well as the judgment of
\nthe Sessions Court made in Crl. Misc. No.4\/2001, but on 7.102003,<\/p>\n
the Writ Petition was withdrawn as not rnaintainable <\/p>\n
Petition came to be \ufb01led under Section 482 of Cr. P C   <\/p>\n
praying for the reliefs, as mentioned above. <\/p>\n
