Considering the facts and circumstances,<br \/>\nthere shall be interim injunction against execution of the judgment<br \/>\nand award of the Tribunal which is challenged in the concerned First<br \/>\nAppeal on the condition that applicants deposit entire awarded amount<br \/>\nto the extent of liability of applicants (80%) together with<br \/>\nproportionate costs<br \/>\nand interest with the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from<br \/>\ntoday.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0<br \/>\n We have heard learned counsel appearing for the applicants as well<br \/>\nas Mr. Barot, learned advocate appearing in two matters for the<br \/>\noriginal claimants on the aspect of withdrawal.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0<br \/>\n   Considering the facts and circumstances, out of the amount which<br \/>\nmay be deposited, the original claimants in Civil Application<br \/>\nNos.7194 and 7195 of 2011 shall be permitted to withdraw 20% of the<br \/>\namount and the remaining amount shall be invested by the Tribunal in<br \/>\nthe Fixed Deposits Receipts initially for a period of three years and<br \/>\nsuch investment shall be renewed from time to time periodically till<br \/>\nthe appeals are finally disposed and the concerned original claimants<br \/>\nshall be entitled to recover periodical interest as and when it<br \/>\nbecomes due.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.0<br \/>\n   So far as Civil Application No.7196 of 2011 to Civil Application<br \/>\nNo.7198 of 2011 are concerned, as none appear on behalf of<br \/>\napplicants, the Tribunal shall invest the amount in Fixed Deposits<br \/>\nReceipts for a period of one year and such investment shall be<br \/>\nrenewed from time to time until further orders. It is also clarified<br \/>\nthat the claimants concerned shall be at liberty to move an<br \/>\nappropriate application for withdrawal as may be permissible under<br \/>\nthe law.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.0<br \/>\n    All applications are disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Jayant<br \/>\n\tPatel, J.]<\/p>\n<p>[R.\n<\/p>\n<p>M.
