This petition has been filed by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>                   initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for<\/p>\n<p>                   violation of the order of this Court      dated 17.08.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                   C.W.J.C. No. 1195 of 2010, by which the authority concerned was<\/p>\n<p>                   directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merit in<\/p>\n<p>                   accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six<\/p>\n<p>                   months from the date of filing of the appeal.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   3.
