RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n              Bail Application No.5188 of 2010\n               * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *\n            DATED: 6th day of September, 2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused         Nos.1 and 3 in Crime No.476\/2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Munambam Police Station for            offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Secs.323, 324 and 308 read with 34 I.P.C., seek their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.       The petitioners surrendered before the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate on 6.8.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the          offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage of<\/p>\n<p>investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.         Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are directed to be released on bail with effect from<\/p>\n<p>15.9.2010 on each of them executing a bond for Rs.15,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for<\/p>\n<p>the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M Court, North<\/p>\n<p>Paravur subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>Bail Application No.5188 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              1. The     petitioners     shall   report  before  the<\/p>\n<p>                  Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>                  a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              2. The petitioners shall            make themselves<\/p>\n<p>                  available for interrogation including custodial<\/p>\n<p>                  interrogation as and when required by the<\/p>\n<p>                  police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>              3. The         petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>                  they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>                  the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              4.
