Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :26\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                 W.P ( C) No. 17843 of 2009\n                      --------------------------\n               Dated this the 26th June,2009\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Petitioner, who has completed her B.Com<\/p>\n<p>Degree Course from a college affiliated to the University<\/p>\n<p>of Calicut, had written the Final Year Examination held in<\/p>\n<p>March\/April, 2009. Apparently, dissatisfied by the marks<\/p>\n<p>obtained in one paper, she had applied for revaluation.<\/p>\n<p>She is aggrieved that the result of the revaluation has not<\/p>\n<p>been published so far.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard learned standing counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>University also.
