Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The case of the petitioner, in brief, is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>      First petitioner is aged 25 and second petitioner is aged<\/p>\n<p>about 22years. They were in love for the last several years.<\/p>\n<p>They submitted application before the Sub Registrar, Thiruvalla<\/p>\n<p>on 4.2.2010. The fifth respondent who is the Ex-Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>President belonging to the present ruling political party, with the<\/p>\n<p>help of some goondas and with the aid of respondents 2 to 4<\/p>\n<p>attacked the house of the petitioner and other relatives. Fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent is the second petitioner&#8217;s Uncle.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits<\/p>\n<p>that the parents of the second petitioner filed a complaint and it<\/p>\n<p>is stated that having regard to the facts, police will not interfere<\/p>\n<p>with the affairs of the petitioners. We record the same and<\/p>\n<p>direct that respondents 2 to 4 will not harass the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC.5565\/2010 U                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>their family members, unless it is necessary in connection with<\/p>\n<p>some offence, in which case investigation can be done in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law.      With regard to the prayer for police<\/p>\n<p>protection, in view of the present position, we leave it open.<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                   Sd\/=<br \/>\n                                               K.M.
