No.1168 of 2011<br \/>\n                               AJAY SINGH, SON OF RAM UDAY SINGH<br \/>\n                                                Versus<br \/>\n                                      THE STATE OF BIHAR<\/p>\n<p> 02       14.02.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Begusarai<\/p>\n<p>                       (Town) P.S. Case No. 365 of 2009 registered under Sections 414,<\/p>\n<p>                       353\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Allegedly, one mobile, six sims and one charger were<\/p>\n<p>                       recovered from the possession of petitioner when search, in the<\/p>\n<p>                       premises of jail, was conducted by the higher official.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Taking into consideration that having more or less similar<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation several co-accused persons are enjoying the privilege of<\/p>\n<p>                       bail, above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                       Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with above stated Begusarai<\/p>\n<p>                       (Town) P.S.
