Koshti waives service of notice of rule. The rule is fixed<br \/>\nforthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>As<br \/>\n\tagreed between  learned advocate of the parties, the applicant<br \/>\n\therein above shall deposit the entire amount of Rs.2,00,000\/- (Rs.<br \/>\n\tTwo lakhs only) on or before 19\/2\/2010 by demand draft \/ Bankers<br \/>\n\tcheque, and also deposit an amount of Rs.35,000\/- (Rs. Thirty five<br \/>\n\tthousand only) by way of demand draft \/ Bankers cheque  as cost of<br \/>\n\tthis application by 19\/2\/2010.  The Registry of the concerned Court<br \/>\n\twhere the amount is so deposited shall disburse the amount of<br \/>\n\tRs.35,000\/- which is awarded by way of cost for this application to<br \/>\n\tthe workmen who have been named in this application at Sr. No. 3 to<br \/>\n\t9 on proper verification by account payee cheque.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tOn<br \/>\n\tthe above conditions the time is extended. Now, if the amount is so<br \/>\n\tdeposited by 19\/2\/2010 the original time of depositing the amount<br \/>\n\twhich was expiring on 30\/1\/2010 shall stand extended to 19\/2\/2010.<br \/>\n\tAccordingly this application is disposed of.
