Although the appellants were not party-respondents<br \/>\n                  in the writ petition, the direction issued by the learned single<br \/>\n                  Judge adversely affects the appellants.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        On the facts and in the circumstances of the matter, leave is<br \/>\n                  granted.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        Application stands disposed of as allowed.<br \/>\n                        Letters Patent Appeal No.1622 of 2011 &amp; Interlocutory<br \/>\n                        Application No.7536 of 2011:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                               Issue notice to the respondent no.6 for hearing and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">   Patna High Court LPA No.1622 of 2011 (2) dt.08-11-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeal and for hearing of the<br \/>\n                Stay Petition, to be made returnable on 5th December 2011.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                       Notice will be served through the Court process. Requisites<br \/>\n                will be filed within two weeks from today.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                        Learned advocate Mr. Ravindra Kumar Sinha appears for<br \/>\n                the appellants.
