Misc. No.6599 of 2011\n                    RAMESH RAM son of Shri Ganesh Ram\n                                   Versus\n                          THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   23.03.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                  offence under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering that the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                  18.09.2010 for recovery of a country made pistol and a cartridge and<\/p>\n<p>                  there is only one other case pending against him which fact shall be<\/p>\n<p>                  verified by the court below before releasing the petitioner on bail, let<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                  bond of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                  amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to<\/p>\n<p>                  the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur,<\/p>\n<p>                  in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.223 of 2010, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                  conditions (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he<\/p>\n<p>                  is related with the petitioner and another bailor shall be Banti<\/p>\n<p>                  Kumar, brother-in-law of the petitioner. The bailors will undertake<\/p>\n<p>                  to furnish information to the court about any change in the address<\/p>\n<p>                  of the petitioner, (ii) That the bailors shall also state on affidavit that<\/p>\n<p>                  they will inform the court concerned if the petitioner is implicated in<\/p>\n<p>                  any other case of similar nature after his release in the present case<\/p>\n<p>                  and thereafter the court below will be at liberty to initiate the<\/p>\n<p>                  proceeding for cancellation of bail on the ground of misuse, (iii)<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he will receive the<\/p>\n<p>       police papers on the given date and be present on date fixed for<\/p>\n<p>       charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial<\/p>\n<p>       in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of<\/p>\n<p>       misuse, and (iv) That the petitioner will be well represented on each<\/p>\n<p>       date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be<\/p>\n<p>       liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>JA\/-                                           (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ramesh Ram vs The State Of Bihar on 23 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
