Anil Kushwaha\n                         Sons of Bigan Kushwaha.\n                         All are resident of village - Akorhimela, P.S. -\n                         Durgawati, District - Kaimur at Bhabua.\n                                                               --------- Petitioners.\n                                               Versus\n                   The State of Bihar\n                                                             -----Opposite Party\n                                               ******\n<\/pre>\n<p>03.   30.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  All the four petitioners, apprehending their<\/p>\n<p>                       arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                       28\/11 for offences under Sections 353\/379 of the<\/p>\n<p>                       Indian Penal Code, are named accused in this case with<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation of causing disturbance and nuisance in<\/p>\n<p>                       discharge of official duties of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that due to some personal<\/p>\n<p>                       enmity only regarding family disputes this case has<\/p>\n<p>                       been instituted and no wrong is committed with the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner. Injury sustained is also simple in nature.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                       the case, in the event of their arrest or surrender within<br \/>\n            a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioners<\/p>\n<p>           be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>           Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>           of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>           Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection<\/p>\n<p>           with Durgawati P.S.
