appellant_ it-}{S.4,80,000\/~ for the injuries sustained<\/p>\n
 the traffic accident. The quantum Of award<\/p>\n
  heing\u00e9inadequate, the appellant presented this appeal.<\/p>\n
2. The brief facts of the case are that the appellant<\/p>\n
claims to be a tailor by profession and was halefand<\/p>\n
healthy prior to the accident. She  <\/p>\n
2.10.1997 at about 6.30 pm when she  <\/p>\n
relatives and friends was going <\/p>\n

3. We have heard the <\/p>\n
for the appellant and learn.ed…Vcourisel. for 2 L’<\/p>\n
respondents.\n<\/p>\n
4. The  that  occurrence of
\nthe accidentllthe.re’s’u1tant._ treatment undergone
\nfor rnofe   alsolya surgery. The doctor
\nhas assessed at 35% to 40% in respect of<\/p>\n

  the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n
Athe~l’cas’eV’Tw,e reassess the whole body disability at 14%<\/p>\n

lspen\u00e9t Vtsufficient considerable amount towards<\/p>\n
—  nourishing food, conveyance and attendant charges and<\/p>\n

the disability is fixed at 14% of the  <\/p>\n
