Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :04\/03\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                               R.BASANT, J.\n\n                            ----------------------\n\n                            B.A.No.1263 of 2008\n\n                        ----------------------------------------\n\n             Dated this  the 4th day of March 2008\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Application   for   regular   bail.     Petitioners   are   accused   3,4<\/p>\n<p>and   6.     Altogether   there   are   13   accused   persons.     All   accused,<\/p>\n<p>except   accused   7,8   and   9,   had   already   been   arrested   and<\/p>\n<p>enlarged on bail also.   Petitioners were arrested on 03\/02\/2008,<\/p>\n<p>06\/02\/2008 and 08\/02\/2008.  They continue in custody from their<\/p>\n<p>respective dates of arrest.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The   crux   of   the   allegations   against   the   petitioners   is<\/p>\n<p>that they had also played complementary roles in the commission<\/p>\n<p>of  crimes  by  accused  1  and  2.     Accused 1  and   2  allegedly  take<\/p>\n<p>cars on rental basis from such companies.  They allegedly do not<\/p>\n<p>return   the   vehicles   in   question   and   dispose   of   the   same   to<\/p>\n<p>strangers   using   forged   documents   and   clandestinely.     The<\/p>\n<p>learned   Public   Prosecutor   reports   that   the   petitioners   have   no<\/p>\n<p>criminal antecedents whatsoever.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     The   learned   counsel   for   the   petitioners   prays,   the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer and I<\/p>\n<p>am  satisfied   that  regular  bail   can  be   granted   to  the  petitioners<\/p>\n<p>subject to appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.1263\/08                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       4.     In the result, this petition is allowed.
