The first accused\"Sh:afi'Ahnied \"tile son of first\npetitioner and  pf se\u00e9'ond:petitioner.\n\n3_iThe. ff1fnarr.iage  accused with deceased\n\nShabeenaf was perfor1ne'd.ra.bout 3 1\/2 years prior to\n\n_ 01.09.20 10. ffhereafter, she was living in the house of\n\n petitioners,' Tiie first accused was demanding deceased\n\nto  demanded the deceased to get\n\n\u00abmoney  business. When the first accused and\n0' 'gggceascdvvapproached the first informant Suheel @ Lallu\n  of deceased) he pacified the couple and had set\n\n separate house for first accused and deceased at\n\nNelamangala. They stayed in the house for sometime\n\nand thereafter, returned back to the house of parents of\n\n{\\.'. 0\n\n\/ \n\nQ,\n\nI\n\n\n\nfirst accused. The first accused was again harassing\nthe deceased. Therefore, on 31.8.2010, deceased\ncommitted suicide by consuming poison in  .\n\nthe petitioners.\n\n4.
