Same is pending disposal.<\/p>\n<p>      Having heard learned ASG also, writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of directing the second respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider   Ext.P2,      hear      the    petitioner or his<\/p>\n<p>representative and    pass an order thereon within a<\/p>\n<p>period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.
