Ltd with Tanti<br \/>\nHoldings Pvt. Ltd.  Earlier, the petitioner filed Company Application<br \/>\nNo.231 of 2011 seeking dispensation of meetings of equity<br \/>\nshareholders, preference shareholders, secured creditors and<br \/>\nunsecured creditors  on the ground that consent of all the<br \/>\nshareholders and creditors have given their consent and were produced<br \/>\non record.  This court vide order dated 03.03.2011 made in Company<br \/>\nApplication No.231 of 2011 dispensed with the meetings of the<br \/>\nshareholders and creditors of the petitioner company.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAdmit.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nto the Central Government through Regional Director, ROC Bhavan,<br \/>\nOpp.Rupal Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura,<br \/>\nAhmedabad-380013.  Notice is also directed to be issued upon the<br \/>\nOfficial Liquidator with direction to appoint Chartered Accountant<br \/>\nfor preparation and submission of report at the cost of the<br \/>\npetitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice<br \/>\nof hearing of petition to be published in Indian Express (English<br \/>\nDaily) and Lok Satta Jan-Satta (Gujarati Daily) both Ahmedabad<br \/>\nEditions.
