RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n\n                     ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                              B.A. No. 1249 OF 2007 A\n\n                     ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n\n                     Dated this the 15th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                        O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                Petitioners,   who   are   accused   Nos.2   and   3   in   O.R.No.14\/06   of<\/p>\n<p>Vandampathal Forest Station for offences punishable under sections 27(1)(e)<\/p>\n<p>(iii) and (iv) of the Kerala Forest Act, seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>        2.      Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>        3.      The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the<\/p>\n<p>others encroached upon the reserve forest  and cut and removed three teak<\/p>\n<p>trees  standing thereon with the connivance of the forest officers.<\/p>\n<p>        4.      Anticipatory   bail   cannot   be   granted   in   a   case   of   this   nature.<\/p>\n<p>There   is   no   reason   why   the   petitioners   should   not   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate   concerned   and   seek   regular   bail.     Accordingly,   if   the   petitioners<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the Magistrate concerned and file an application for regular<\/p>\n<p>bail, within a period of two weeks from  today, the same shall be considered<\/p>\n<p>and disposed of, preferably on the same date on which it is filed.<\/p>\n<p>        This application is disposed of as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                            (V.
