Siri Jagan, J.\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                       W.P(C) No. 36717 of 2010\n               =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n            Dated this, the 10th day of December, 2010.\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner in this writ petition entered Government service<\/p>\n<p>after putting in prior military service. For the purpose of granting of<\/p>\n<p>higher grade, he wants the military service also to be taken into<\/p>\n<p>account. According to him, he is so entitled to in view of Exts.P7 to<\/p>\n<p>P9    judgments of this Court.       In the above circumstances, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner    has filed Ext.P16 representation           before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P16 representation         in the light of<\/p>\n<p>Exts. P7 to P9     judgments and Ext. P10 order pursuant to those<\/p>\n<p>judgments, expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the 1st   respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ext.P16 representation, as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>of this judgment.     While passing orders, the 1st respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>consider the applicability of Exts.P7 to P9 judgments and Ext. P10<\/p>\n<p>order to the facts of the petitioner&#8217;s case.<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
