Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :12\/04\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                             ----------------------------\n\n                     Bail Application No. 2189\/2007\n\n                             -----------------------------\n\n                    Dated this  12th day of April, 2007\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>                Petitioner,   who is   the first accused     in Crime No.<\/p>\n<p>1173\/2006   of   Central     Police   Station,   Ernakulam,     for   offences<\/p>\n<p>punishable   under   Sections     420,   468   and   471   IPC   read   with<\/p>\n<p>Section 34 IPC,   seeks anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.    The   learned   Public   Prosecutor   opposed   the<\/p>\n<p>application.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.    Anticipatory   bail   cannot   be   granted   in   a  case  of   this<\/p>\n<p>nature.     There   is   no   reason   why   the   petitioner   should   not<\/p>\n<p>surrender   before   the   Magistrate   having   jurisdiction   and   seek<\/p>\n<p>regular   bail.
