Surender Yadav, Son of Ramdhani Yadav\n                 All resident of village-Hariharpur, P.S.-Bodh Gaya, District-Gaya\n                                         Versus\n                The State Of Bihar\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02   21.10.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                      a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>                      149, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(X) (XII) of S.C. and<\/p>\n<p>                      S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, are named accused in this case of<\/p>\n<p>                      simply assault and abuse. There is counter version also and further the<\/p>\n<p>                      case appears covered by Hon&#8217;ble Supreme Court&#8217;s decision in a case<\/p>\n<p>                      &#8220;Jorgia Pentiah Vrs. The State of Andhra Pradesh reported in 2009(1)<\/p>\n<p>                      BCCR 153 (SC)&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                      weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                      sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                      Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S.
