 the Tribune} was not justified in awarding the<\/p>\n
medical expenses as done by it in the absence of<\/p>\n

respect of the expenses incurred towards the said<\/p>\n
treatment the medical bills have been produced <\/p>\n
same are marked as Ex.P.10. Consolidated <\/p>\n
bills indicates of the total expenses.i\u00bbneurre.d  <\/p>\n
of Rs.~’~ll,692=44. Therefore when.’  <\/p>\n
undergone treatment as an  for  a
\nmonth and the bills  been
\nproduced, the arnouflt   the actual
\nbills cannot be     <\/p>\n

\nthe Tribu”nal,:_ injuries and the disability<\/p>\n

 doubt the disability with regard to the whole<\/p>\n
   been indicated. However taking into<\/p>\n
  .consideration the injuries suffered and the avocation of<\/p>\n
 the claimant, the disability assessed by the Tribunal at<\/p>\n

iisaiirn  day reckoned is on the lower side.<\/p>\n
    made by the claimant that he was<\/p>\n
i”~..\u00ab.._ea,rnirzg”Rs.6,000\/– cannot be accepted, however a<\/p>\n
  of 123.100\/– per day is to be reckoned and if<\/p>\n
H ‘iii”‘-i.the__5monthly income is taken at Rs.3,000\/– and if the<\/p>\n
 parameter with regard to the disability and<\/p>\n
J<\/p>\n
‘E<\/p>\n
multiplier as reckoned by the Tribunal is taken into
\nconsideration, the compensation towards 17% disability<\/p>\n
would be in a sum of Rs.1,04,040\/– since the Tribunal<\/p>\n
has already awarded a sum of Rs.83,232\/–, the clai:n.ai1t<\/p>\n
would be entitled to the difference. The enhanced”‘po.rm’.,or1:_.V  H<\/p>\n
of the amount is payable with interest at the’ it <\/p>\n
as awarded by the Tribunal. The e:n4ha;r1eeid <\/p>\n
interest shall be deposited  the Corporation a<\/p>\n
period of six Weeks from the date_reoeipt’ of.the_E:opy of<\/p>\n
this order.\n<\/p>\n
