Rampri, Advocate, for the petitioner.\n\n            Ms. Sonu Chahal, DAG, Punjab.\n\n\nHEMANT GUPTA, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 7.2.1991<\/p>\n<p>(Annexure P.9), whereby the representation for correction of date of birth of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner was declined and consequently, the petitioner&#8217;s retirement on<\/p>\n<p>attaining the age of superannuation on 30.11.1987, was held to be valid.<\/p>\n<p>            As per the petitioner, his date of birth is 15.3.1930 as against<\/p>\n<p>26.11.1929 recorded in the service book of the petitioner and accepted by<\/p>\n<p>the respondents. Such claim of the petitioner will not affect any of his<\/p>\n<p>pensionary benefits.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Consequently, I do not find that any case for interference<\/p>\n<p>against the impugned orders passed by the Municipal Corporation, is made<\/p>\n<p>out.
