was taken by P.W.2 and not by the pc\ufb01\ufb01a\ufb01grfagcused<\/p>\n
herein. Thus it is Well established that who<\/p>\n
had taken loan amount of Rs.3,_59\u00bb.0OO\/'   <\/p>\n
