The fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that amounts are due from<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner in business transactions. Learned Government Pleader,<\/p>\n<p>on instructions, submitted that when a complaint was received from<\/p>\n<p>the fourth respondent, both parties were called to the police station<\/p>\n<p>and directed that they have to settle the civil matters in civil court.<\/p>\n<p>Recording the submission that police will not harass the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is disposed of.
