Deepak Paswan, Son of Bhushan Paswan\n                                                 Versus\n                                        The State Of Bihar\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   28.7.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                     State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                     the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                     Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering that for misuse of privilege of bail, the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners have remained in custody since 23.4.2011, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                     the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court<\/p>\n<p>                     concerned to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                     Khagaria, in connection with S.C. No. 298A of 2006 arising out<\/p>\n<p>                     of Bharat Khand (Parbatta) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2006, G.R. No.<\/p>\n<p>                     388 of 2006 subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of<\/p>\n<p>                     the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners, who will<\/p>\n<p>                     give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioners.
