Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :11\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n              -----------------------------------------\n                  W.P(C) No.27413 of 2006\n              -----------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 11th day of July, 2008\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner approached this court aggrieved by Exts.P2 and<\/p>\n<p>P5 communications issued by the Panchayat wherein the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been asked to stop the functioning of a mobile<\/p>\n<p>tower. One of the contentions taken by the petitioner is that the<\/p>\n<p>same is passed without notice to the petitioner.        It is further<\/p>\n<p>submitted that in view of the Bench decision of this court in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1305317\/\">Reliance Infocom Ltd. v. Chemmanchery Grama Panchayat,<\/a><\/p>\n<p>2006 (4) KLT 695 the matter requires fresh consideration. There<\/p>\n<p>is no counter affidavit.
