Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :28\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                                 V.GIRI,J.\n\n                           -------------------------\n\n                     W.P ( C) No. 6652  of 2008\n\n                          --------------------------\n\n               Dated this the 28th   February, 2008\n\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner challenges Exhibit P5 notice of demand issued at<\/p>\n<p>the   instance   of   1st  respondent   Board.     According   to   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner,   there   is   a   dispute   regarding   the   quantum   of   the<\/p>\n<p>amount sought to be recovered.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Learned   standing   counsel   for   the   1st  respondent<\/p>\n<p>submits that on requisition, petitioner will be given a statement<\/p>\n<p>of  accounts   and  they   may   also  move  for   the  benefit   of  the   One<\/p>\n<p>Time Settlement Scheme.  Submission is recorded.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the result, the writ petition is disposed of in the following<\/p>\n<p>terms:\n<\/p>\n<p>      i)    If   the   petitioner   makes   a   requisition   for   a   detailed<\/p>\n<p>statement   of   accounts   within   two   weeks   from   today,   the   same<\/p>\n<p>shall be supplied by the 1st  respondent   on or before 15.3.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>Thereupon,   if   the   petitioner   seeks   the   benefit   of   One   Time<\/p>\n<p>Settlement   Scheme,   currently   in   force   till   31.3.2008,   by   an<\/p>\n<p>application filed on or before 21.3.2008, it shall be looked into in<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 6652  of 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>terms   of   the   Scheme   and     appropriate   decision   shall   be   taken<\/p>\n<p>within   one   month   thereafter.     Petitioner&#8217;s   application   for   One<\/p>\n<p>Time Settlement Scheme shall be accompanied   by a deposit of<\/p>\n<p>of   Rs.75,000\/-.
