\nand daughter~Doddatha\ufb01sfarf1rna.  to plaintiffs,<\/p>\n

Siddalchlarilisonutiflliis’sister dS”rn’t;fl4Doddathayamma. Plaintiffs
\nciairrlin  the sons of said Sicldachari.
\nAccordingtov  father Siddachari had in all four<\/p>\n

Posttathayamma, the said Siddachari is second defendant in<\/p>\n
if the original suit. 13' defendant is one Puttasornachari, only<\/p>\n

3. It is the ease of the plaintiffs that there<\/p>\n
partition between the plaintiffs and defendants <\/p>\n

 father by Madachari, first son of Lingachari and also<\/p>\n
it “the adoption of Doddathayamma son Siddacharfs first son<\/p>\n
Siddachari by Doddathayamrnafs husband Kempachari and<\/p>\n
WW<\/p>\n
his second wife Puttathayamma and they have<\/p>\n
established that all the plaintiffs and defendants  1:x}ing”‘.<\/p>\n
in a joint family and there existed: jointpfarfnily\u00e9 ..?;;n1o:1gll ‘<\/p>\n
them and that the suit schedule<\/p>\n
properties, as such they are .enijitIedA’tnV aVshare”~i_vn’ suit items V<\/p>\n
Nos.l 8: 3. Further, the plaintiffs_haye alsol-n._otVp,\u00ab-fstablished
\nthe oral partition set    have taken place
\nbetween the p1a\u00a7ntiffs:.a1’id– idefendants  prior to the
\n\ufb01ling of  rendered by both
\nthe Courts’  facts pleaded in the suit and on
\nthe documents\u00bb. on record. The entire dispute<\/p>\n
between the plaintiffs’ and defendants are decided based on<\/p>\n
 the “position regarding the relation inter–se between<\/p>\n
    lrcgarding Joint family status among them and<\/p>\n
their rivghtlitol claim suit schedule properties as joint family<\/p>\n
 xproperties. Hence in this second appeal no substantial<\/p>\n
”  Lgigestion of law arises for consideration and the same could<\/p>\n
   V not be framed, hence there is no merit for admitting this<\/p>\n
