No.16080 of 2011\n                                  Ziauddin Ahamad\n                                       Versus\n                           The State Of Bihar Through Vig\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   16\/11\/2011                  Learned counsel for the submits that the case of the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner stood on similar footing that of Maharshi Ram against whom<\/p>\n<p>                      the cognizance order has been quashed and the matter has          been<\/p>\n<p>                      remanded for fresh appraisal vide order dated 18.1.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                      Cr.Misc. No. 26691\/2009 and for that submitted that the allegation<\/p>\n<p>                      against petitioner stood that he had confirmed an order passed by the<\/p>\n<p>                      C.O. in a Mutation Appeal as well as two Katthas out of total area of<\/p>\n<p>                      disputed land has been purchased by petitioner in the name of his<\/p>\n<p>                      brother-in-law.
