She, therefore, requested for taking<br \/>\nup the matter on priority basis out of turn. It is informed that<br \/>\nlearned advocate Shri Sen, who is appearing for respondent no. 2 has<br \/>\nfiled sick note. In view of sick note, the Court is of the view that<br \/>\nmatter be ordered to be listed on 6.5.2011 with a specific<br \/>\nobservation that in case if the advocate is unable to appear on<br \/>\n6.5.2011, than, appropriate arrangement shall be made.
