Petition, coming on for orders, this day,\n\nit  the court made the following:\n\n\n\nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>The petitioner is arrayed as Accused <\/p>\n<p>No.370\/2010 registered for an offence  <\/p>\n<p>section~392 of IPC. He is in judicial f\u00a7&#8217;t.i:\u00ab.todAY.-.1     &#8216;A<\/p>\n<p>2. Heard learned &#8216;counsel fo_r&#8217;iv.petiti.gner and<\/p>\n<p>learned Government A&#8221;d.voca.tle&#8221;&#8216;torft!&#8217;l\u00e9&#8217;$ftate.&#8211;H&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>3. I have :beenjjvta&#8211;l&lt;_en investigation<\/p>\n<p>records,  \u20ac.&lt;eve;.i.!Vjjithaltl&quot;petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>Accusedi\u00ab&#8211;~N_ofs~.3_t&#039;  to&#039;&#8211;lficommitted dacoity in the<br \/>\nhouse7;0f&#039;-theVconj..ola.iVnla\u00bbnt&#039;*at Siddanahosahalli within the<br \/>\njurisdictioncholof |lle_lali1jan:gia|a Police Station. During<\/p>\n<p>inve-stiglation,l&quot;peti_t_ioner was arrested and on the<\/p>\n<p>&#039;i.l&#039;l&#039;f0.fTl&#039;Tl~vEllfiOfi\u00ab.hVQlUHte\u20acF\u20acCl by him, the car used for<\/p>\n<p>corriimission: ofdacoity was seized so also one of the stolen<\/p>\n<p> prorje.rt&#039;ies.V4&#039;viz DVD player was recovered. The other<\/p>\n<p>  aclcusedl viz., Accused Nos.1 to S and 7 to 10 who had also<\/p>\n<p> up-iarticipated in the commission of dacoity have been<\/p>\n<p>Vwreleased on bail.
