No.38590 of 2010\n                                     SHEO RATAN YADAV\n                                              Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      24.11.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner along with others are alleged for<\/p>\n<p>                     causing assault to the informant and his brother but<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner has not been alleged for causing any assault<\/p>\n<p>                     on head though all the injuries including on head are<\/p>\n<p>                     found simple.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                In the event of arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                     one month from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>                     copy of this order in connection with Gurua P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 80 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No. 680 of 2010,<\/p>\n<p>                     above named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya subject to<\/p>\n<p>                     the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr.
