JOSEPH, J.\n\n             ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                  W.P.(C) No. 24132 OF 2008 W\n             ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n             Dated this the 11th day of August, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Petitioner is allegedly the Manager of an educational<\/p>\n<p>institution which has certain vehicles. According to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>the school is not a motor transport undertaking.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned<\/p>\n<p>counsel for the 4th respondent and learned Government Pleader.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
