No. 1019 of 2010\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                                   Prayer for bail on behalf of the appellants Rajesh Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                      Mahto and Rabindra Sahni alias Rabindra Choudhary had already<\/p>\n<p>                      been rejected considering the fact that on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>                      confessional statement of Rabindra Sahni alias Rabindra Choudhary<\/p>\n<p>                      the victim was recovered from the house of one Saira Bano, one of<\/p>\n<p>                      the accused. When the place where the victim was kept after<\/p>\n<p>                      kidnapping was raided by the I.O., appellant Rajesh Kumar Mahto<\/p>\n<p>                      and another accused were found keeping watch over the kidnapped<\/p>\n<p>                      person.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Counsels appearing on behalf of the appellants have<\/p>\n<p>                      submitted that the appellants have remained in custody since about<\/p>\n<p>                      six years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering this fact, prayer on behalf of the appellants is<\/p>\n<p>                      allowed. During the pendency of the appeal, let the appellants above<\/p>\n<p>                      named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000\/(ten<\/p>\n<p>                      thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                      satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge FTC V, Samastipur in S.T.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        No. 383 of 2005 \/ 296 of 2006.
