No.13258 of 2011\n                                            CHANDAN MISHRA\n                                                    Versus\n                                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n
02\/    27.04.2011              Cr. Misc. No. 13258 of 2011 has been filed for extension of<\/p>\n
                    time in connection with Basanahi P.S. Case no. 11\/2010.<\/p>\n
                               Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that Chandan<\/p>\n
                    Mishra was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.11.2010<\/p>\n
                    passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29253 of 2010 with direction to surrender<\/p>\n
                    before the court below within 30 days from the date of receipt of the<\/p>\n
                    order but on account of his illness, the petitioner could not surrender<\/p>\n
                    before the court of CJM, Saharsa within the above stated stipulated<\/p>\n
                    period.\n<\/p>\n
                               In view of the above stated submission, the petitioner must<\/p>\n
                    surrender before the court below within 15 days from the date of<\/p>\n
                    receipt of this order to the court of CJM, Saharsa in connection with<\/p>\n
                    Basanahi P.S. Case no. 11\/2010. Accordingly, order dated 15.11.2010<\/p>\n
                    passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29253 of 2010 stands modified to the above<\/p>\n
                    stated extent.\n<\/p>\n
                               In     view   of   the   aforesaid   direction,   this   criminal<\/p>\n
                    miscellaneous case stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n
                               Let this order be communicated to the court of CJM,<\/p>\n
                    Saharsa in Basanahi P.S. Case no. 11\/2010 through Fax at the cost of<\/p>\n
