Respondents\n\n        Petition under Article 226  of  the  Constitution  of  India  for  the\nissuance  of  a  writ  of  habeas corpus to call for the records in B.D.F.G.I.\nS.V.  No.3\/2006 on the file of the first respondent, quash the detention order\ndated 14.02.2006, direct the production of the detenu by name Ramesh,  son  of\nArugmugham, presently detained at the Central Prison, Chennai, under the Tamil\nNadu Act 14 of 1982, before Court and set him at liberty.\n\n!For Petitioner :  Mr.A.M.Rahmath Ali\n\n^For Respondents:  Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran,   \n                   Addl.  Public Prosecutor.\n\n:ORDER  \n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM, J.)   <\/p>\n<p>        Learned Additional Public  Prosecutor  informs  this  Court  that,  by<br \/>\nGovernment Order in G.O.Rt.No.716, Prohibition &amp; Excise (XI) Department, dated<br \/>\n10.04.2006,  the  detention order passed against the detenu by name Ramesh has<br \/>\nbeen revoked.    He  has  also  produced  a  copy  of  the  Government  Order.<br \/>\nAccordingly, no  adjudication  is  required  in  this  matter.   Habeas Corpus<br \/>\nPetition is dismissed as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>JI<\/p>\n<p>To<\/p>\n<p>1.
