In support of the application, an<br \/>\ninvitation card is enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\nmatter was mentioned in the morning for urgent circulation today as<br \/>\nthe applicant has come all the way from Panchmahals.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tPermission<br \/>\nwas granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\npapers are received form the Registry.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks.  In the month<br \/>\nof March 2011, the convict was on temporary bail for a period of 4<br \/>\ndays for the purpose of marriage of his daughter.  Nothing adverse is<br \/>\nnoticed from the jail remarks.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant explains that as the temporary bail was granted only for 4<br \/>\ndays, the marriage could not be materialized because all marriage<br \/>\npurchasing and other arrangements were to be done by the<br \/>\nconvict-father of the applicant.  The applicant further states that<br \/>\nthe marriage was then re-scheduled for 18.05.2011 and therefore, this<br \/>\napplication is filed little in advance so that if the bail is<br \/>\ngranted, the convict will be able to make all necessary arrangements<br \/>\nfor the marriage.  The applicant also submitted that the Court may<br \/>\nconsider case for grant of bail for little longer time so that this<br \/>\ntime, marriage is not required to be re-scheduled \/postponed on<br \/>\naccount of non-preparation for the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
