SANKARAN, J.\n                   ---------------------------\n                   B.A. No. 3635 of 2009\n               ------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 27th day of July, 2009\n\n                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This is an application for anticipatory bail under<\/p>\n<p>Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is the accused in Crime No.357\/2009 of Harippad Police<\/p>\n<p>Station.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The offences alleged against the petitioner are<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 324, 458 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>and Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   I have gone through the Case Diary.<\/p>\n<p>      4.   Taking into account the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, the nature of the offence and other circumstances, I<\/p>\n<p>am of the view that anticipatory bail can be granted to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. There will be a direction that in the event of the<\/p>\n<p>arrest of the petitioner, the officer in charge of the police<\/p>\n<p>station shall release him on bail on his executing bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent sureties for the like amount to<\/p>\n<p>the satisfaction of the officer concerned, subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 3635 \/2009<br \/>\n                              Page numbers<\/p>\n<p>         A) The petitioner shall        report      before     the<br \/>\n             investigating officer between 9 A.M and 11 A.M.<br \/>\n             on all Mondays, till the final report is filed or until<br \/>\n             further orders;\n<\/p>\n<p>         B) The     petitioner   shall   appear      before    the<br \/>\n             investigating officer for interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required;\n<\/p>\n<p>         C) The petitioner shall not try to influence the<br \/>\n             prosecution   witnesses    or   tamper      with  the<br \/>\n             evidence.\n<\/p>\n<p>         D) The petitioner shall not commit any offence or<br \/>\n             indulge in any prejudicial activity while on bail.<\/p>\n<p>         E) In case of breach of any of the conditions<br \/>\n             mentioned above, the bail shall be liable to be<br \/>\n             cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Bail Application is allowed to the extent indicated<\/p>\n<p> above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    K.T.
