Case No. 76 of 2010 registered under sections 341, 323,<\/p>\n<p>                 302 and 506\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking into consideration that having similar allegation<\/p>\n<p>                 co-accused Mastan Masuri @ Md Mashan Mansuri has already<\/p>\n<p>                 been granted privilege of bail by another bench of this court<\/p>\n<p>                 vide order dated 5.1.2011 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 41119\/2010,<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner, Jabbar Mansuri is directed to be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                 on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional<\/p>\n<p>                 Sessions Judge, Danapur each in Sessions Trial No. 1305 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2010 arising out of Bikram P.S.
