Indu Bala Pandey, Learned Addl.Public<\/p>\n<p>                     Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner, who is in custody in Complaint Case<\/p>\n<p>                     No. 594 of 1997 for the offences under Section 498A and other<\/p>\n<p>                     allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of<\/p>\n<p>                     bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   It is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Earlier the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner was on bail. However, due to his non-appearance, his<\/p>\n<p>                     bail bond was cancelled. Thereafter, he was taken in custody on<\/p>\n<p>                     6.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                     bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                     like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jeevanlal, learned<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Complaint Case No.594 of 1997 with condition that during the<\/p>\n<p>                     trial the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and<\/p>\n<p>                     every date , failing which his bail bond shall stand automatically<\/p>\n<p>                     cancelled provided that with prior permission of the trial court<\/p>\n<p>                     he can remain absent on particular date.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>NKS\/-                                            ( Rakesh Kumar, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Jugo Khan vs The State Of Bihar on 18 January, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
