No.22437 of 2011\n                                    Mukesh Sardar\n                                         Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/    27.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.3.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                     registered under section 394 of the IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor<\/p>\n<p>                     anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. It<\/p>\n<p>                     appears from perusal of the impugned order that in course of<\/p>\n<p>                     investigation, three proposed prosecution witnesses claimed to have<\/p>\n<p>                     seen the petitioner loitering near the place of the occurrence before<\/p>\n<p>                     the alleged occurrence and apart from this, informant claimed to<\/p>\n<p>                     identify the petitioner when he had been kept in police station.<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                     circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, Mukesh Sardar, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Jadia<\/p>\n<p>                     P.S.
