It has<br \/>\nbeen the consistent practice of this Court not to enter into the<br \/>\nmerits of those matters, wherein, the claims are petty claims. Claims<br \/>\nbelow Rs.25,000\/- have been quantified as petty claim by the Division<br \/>\nBench of this Court. Hence, this petition is not entertained on the<br \/>\nground that it involves a petty claim. This order may not be treated<br \/>\nas precedent in future cases since it has been passed looking to the<br \/>\nsmallness of the amount and not on the merits of the case.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the petition is dismissed.
