OPPOSITE 2ND PARTY.\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.      7.9.2010                     The petitioner has sought quashing of the order<\/p>\n<p>                       dated 8.7.2008 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                       F.T.C.V, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision No.426 of 2003, by<\/p>\n<p>                       which he has confirmed the order of the Executive Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                       Sadar Darbhanga passed on 22.9.2003 in T.R.
