Dattu, C.J.:\n<\/p>\n<p>          This appeal is directed against   the judgment of the learned single<\/p>\n<p>Judge in W.P.(C) No. 4898 of 2007 dated  16th March, 2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>          2.     The   issues   raised   in   this   Writ   Appeal   are   identical   with   the<\/p>\n<p>issues raised and considered by  this Court in W.A. No. 1287 of 2007.  By<\/p>\n<p>the   said   judgment,   the   aforesaid   Writ   Appeal   has   been   rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>Respectfully following the observations made in the   aforesaid decision,<\/p>\n<p>this Writ Appeal is also disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Ordered accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                               H.L.
