Allam, Sr. S.C.II\n                                     ------\n         02\/Dated: 09th September, 2011\n\n                1)       Counsel for the petitioner submitted that suffice it will be for the\n<\/pre>\n<p>                disposal of this writ petition, if a direction is given to respondent No. 3,<br \/>\n                Director, Primary Education, Human Resources Development Department,<br \/>\n                Govt. of Jharkhand, Ranchi to treat this writ petition along with annexures as<br \/>\n                a representation and decide the claim of the petitioner for giving her<br \/>\n                promotion in Grade-IV and Grade-VII in the years 2003 and 2008<br \/>\n                respectively, in accordance with law, within stipulated time, as given by this<br \/>\n                Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                2)       I have heard counsel for the respondents, who has submitted that<br \/>\n                though the petitioner has no legally vested right as claimed by her, they have<br \/>\n                no much objection, if such a direction is given to respondent no. 3 to treat<br \/>\n                this writ petition as a representation and decide the grievances ventilated in<br \/>\n                this writ petition in accordance with law, within the stipulated time, as given<br \/>\n                by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                3)       In view of this limited submissions, I hereby, direct respondent no.3<br \/>\n                to treat this writ petition along with annexures as a representation and decide<br \/>\n                the grievances ventilated in this petition with regard to promotion of the<br \/>\n                petitioner in Grade-IV and Grade-VII in the years 2003 and 2008<br \/>\n                respectively, in accordance with law, rules, regulations, policies and<br \/>\n                Government enforceable orders, applicable to the petitioner as expeditiously<br \/>\n                as possible and practicable, preferably within a period of eighteen weeks,<br \/>\n                from the date of receipt of a copy of an order of this Court, after giving an<br \/>\n                adequate opportunity of being heard to the petitioner or to her representative.\n<\/p>\n<p>                4)       If the petitioner wants to give additional representation to the<br \/>\n                respondent No.3, the same may be given within two weeks from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>                5)       In view of the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                    (D.
