JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 29\/06\/2010 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL)<\/p>\n<p>\tAll<br \/>\nthese applications are for condonation of delay of 92 days in<br \/>\npreferring First Appeals against the judgment and order of the<br \/>\nlearned District Court in the concerned References.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nMr.Umesh Trivedi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the<br \/>\napplicant and Mr.A.V.Prajapati, learned counsel, who has appeared on<br \/>\nbehalf of all the respondents and has stated that the Vakalatnama<br \/>\nshall be filed within one week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe facts and circumstances and the grounds mentioned in the<br \/>\napplication for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.<br \/>\nHence, delay deserves to be condoned. The same is therefore condoned.<br \/>\nThe applications are allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made<br \/>\nabsolute accordingly.
