It does not require a filing of a writ<\/p>\n<p>        application since the petitioner could have obtained<\/p>\n<p>        necessary information of the kind on an application of<\/p>\n<p>        Rs. 15\/- under the Right to Information Act, if he wanted<\/p>\n<p>        to know from the erstwhile Intermediate Council whether<\/p>\n<p>        the marks sheet obtained by the private respondents was<\/p>\n<p>        forged or fabricated.\n<\/p>\n<p>                Let the petitioner do the same under the said<\/p>\n<p>        Act.
